How do I pay?+
UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), cards, netbanking, or wallet. The amount comes from your plan, not from a number typed in the app.
What if the battery runs low?+
Raise a request in the rider app. The city hub sees low-battery scooters in Battery Management.
Who sees my documents?+
Licence details are masked. Aadhaar number is never stored by VAYNO.
